More and more organizations are looking to rollout online strategies that are well designed, architected and executed. CHW wanted to roll out a web strategy that involved creating a templating system for their 42 Hospitals. Working with the Brand manager & CIO, I helped manage, architect and design a web portal system whereby local hospitals could choose a visual framework and features from a pre-determined set of options, and could then populate their localized snap-on site with locally pertinent content. |

Teamsite Implementation
Folks, if you're considering an Interwoven Teamsite purchase for your company, let me give you a word of advice. Have the Interwoven people install it as well, or use a group they recommend. This is a proven product with lot's power - but it takes a competent group of people to set it up in a manner that reflects how you intend to publish content. As well, there are technical considerations that simply may be beyond the ability of a separate, untrained outsourced group.
